  • Technical providers at Options Technology (platform operation)
  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Mailgun (transactional emails)

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Registration data: retained for event administration and audit
  • Run submission data: retained for certificate access and support
  • Proof uploads: may be removed after the event period
