Your participation certificate is private and accessible only through your account.

- Event administrators at Aisling Events
- Technical providers at Options Technology (platform operation)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Mailgun (transactional emails)
- Analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics)
No third parties receive your data for advertising or marketing.

- Registration data: retained for event administration and audit
- Run submission data: retained for certificate access and support
- Proof uploads: may be removed after the event period
